Marek studied law at Palacký University in Olomouc. During his studies, he completed legal practice in a medium-sized law firm or at the District Court in Pardubice.

He has been practicing law since 2018. He focuses primarily on real estate law and family law, as well as civil, contract and inheritance law, as well as criminal and commercial law.

In our office, he is primarily responsible for real estate law and family law. He will help you with purchase and other contracts related to your real estate, as well as with issues of divorce, settlement of joint marital property or care of minors.

Last but not least, you can also consult him on issues of commercial or criminal law. Marek speaks Czech and English.
