V eronika has been practicing law since her studies at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University. In her previous practice in established law firms, she focused primarily on civil and commercial law, M&A, intellectual property law and complex contractual agenda. In our office, she is responsible for the area of ​​commercial and corporate law.
