Veronika has been practicing law since her studies at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University.

In her previous practice in established law firms, she focused primarily on civil and commercial law, M&A, intellectual property law and complex contractual agenda. In our office, she is responsible for the area of ​​commercial and corporate law.

She will help you with the establishment of a company, setting up relationships between partners, implementing holding structures including transformations and acquisitions, as well as with the daily corporate agenda.

Veronika speaks Czech and English, and can also communicate in German. She is organized, reliable and has an eye for detail.
